Earlier today, Qualcomm beat LG to the announcement of its own product, releasing an official document before the Korean manufacturer even had the chance to unveil the new quad-core phone.

LG has now released a teaser video and teaser site for the LTE Phone, where they hint at what the phone will provide in terms of experience, they also mention the addition of the latest S4 Pro quad-core APQ8064 chip from Qualcomm.

The Verge has also stated that the phone will include a 720p 4.7 inch IPS display with a 13 megapixel camera and 2GBs of RAM. Qualcomm’s earlier statement, it says that

The Verge is also reporting to have heard rumours of a 720p 4.7-inch IPS display, 13-megapixel camera with 2GB of RAM.

According to  Qualcomm’s earlier statement, the smartphone will be available in Korea as early as September, before which it will be released around the world.
