Razer has today finally announced that the new Razer Nabu smart band that was unveiled earlier this year back in CES in January will be available purchase from next week, starting from December 2nd 2014 it will be priced at $99.99 in the US.

The Nabu Smartband will be compatible with the iPhone 5 smartphone and a number of Android devices that run on Android 4.3 or above.

It will be able to connect to smartphones via Bluetooth LE connectivity, and will be available in two different sizes including both small-medium and medium-large.

It will also be available in four colours including green, white, orange and black. Black will be the first of the colours to be made available at launch, after which the others will launch a few weeks after.

The smart band has also be constructed with certified hypo-allergenic materials and is water resistant with a battery life of up to 7 days after a full charge.

Min-Liang Tan, co-founder and CEO, Razer explained :
