Ricoh has this week released a brand new compact camera to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the formation of the Ricoh company, called the Ricoh GR II Silver, the special edition camera features a silver finished designed with an exclusive leather camera case.

The camera will also feature a laser etched white logo on the bottom front right of the casing, and features similar specs from the original GR II which was released back in July 2015.

The special edition version has an APS-C CMOS image sensor that it capable of shooting at 16.2 megapixels.

It also features a GR 18.3mm F2.8 lens, which has a 28mm focal length, as well as Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity.

It will be available worldwide for $699, but it will only be available in a limited quantity of just 3,200 units.
