The Rubik’s Cube is one of the hardest puzzles that currently exists on Earth, it’s extremely difficult and not many people have even got close to solving it, let alone setting a world record for it.

But despite that, a robot has managed to do both, completing the Rubik’s Cube puzzle in just 0.637 seconds, demolishing the previous robot record of 4.74 seconds.

This new and faster robot was created by the German semiconductor maker, Infineon, who wanted to demonstrate how the speed and reliability of these machines would work to create a safer world.
