Earlier today Roccat announced the launch of their latest wireless mouse, called Leadr it looks pretty similar to most wireless mouses on the market, however, it does have some pretty decent specifications that you might be interested in if you are looking for a new wireless mouse.

This includes a polling rate of 1,000Hz, which means that the mouse can update the input information on your computer once every millisecond, which could be just what you need for your next competitive game.

To top that off, the new Leadr from Roccat also comes with a new optical sensor that they are calling Owl-Eye, which has a sensitivity of up to 12,000 dots per inch as well as a maximum acceleration of 50G, a maximum tracking speed of 350 inches per second, and a framerate of up to 12,000 frames per second.

To top that off, the sensor has an IR LED that sits inside of a 16-pin moulded lead-free DIP package, Roccat also said that it has been optimised for between 400 and 3,000 DPI.

Roccat’s new wireless Leadr mouse for PC gaming is available to pre-order now for $140 on Roccat’s website and will ship on May 31, 2017. We don’t know about UK pricing or availability yet.
