At CES 2017 this week, Roccat unveiled a new and interesting keyboard called the Isku+ Force FX.

This keyboard uses Roccat’s patented “Force FX” technology, which allows the typical gaming keys (Q,W,E,A,S,D)  to be pressure sensitive, allowing them to be more responsive.

They can be configured with Roccat’s Swarm software, with a total of three modes of operation, including the default mode, a mode to assign up to three functions as a key, and another that has been named the Smooth Mode, which activates the pressure-sensitive analog input.

We don’t know much else about these analog controls as of yet, but when we hear more, we will let you know.

What we do know, is that the keyboard will have an included wrist pad, a membrane keyboard, and RBG lighting with six levels of brightness, lighting effects, five dedicated macro keys on the left side, with the ability to store up to 180 macros.

There are also three programmable “thumbster keys.”

It will be available for $100 in the US. We don’t yet know about other regions.
