Roku have announced their new streaming stick, which is there smallest wireless streaming player available to date the size of a USB flash drive, available in October for $99.99 and allows users to plug-in the stick into a Roku Ready device and access more than 600 channels.

The first Roku Ready devices will hit stores this holiday season from Apex Digital, Hitachi and Insignia, a Best Buy brand. If you purchase the device separately you also get a Roku enhanced remote which allows you to control the volume and programme selection, alongside motion control for gameplay.

As mentioned before the Roku Streaming Stick will be available for $99.99, available from the Roku site and Amazon from October and other retailers this fall.
