Ruark Audio just announced the latest version of their Radiogram.

It’s called the Ruark Audio R7 MK3 and has been designed with a similar feel to the previous R7, however, this time it is much slimmer than the previous model, and it comes with a new British milled grilled fabric on the front of the speaker that has been combined with one of two finishes, Rich Walnut or Soft Grey.

You still get the side-table like design with the four legs on each corner, which makes it great for fitting in with the rest of the decor, while not taking up much more space than you were previously using, for example, you could place it under your TV or to the side of your living room.

If you prefer, you can also use the optional wall mount to hang the unit on a wall.

In terms of audio sources, the R7 has a lot. There’s DAB, DAB+, and FM radio tuners in built alongside a CD player, a connection for a turntable, Wi-Fi connectivity, aptX HD Bluetooth, and Spotify Connect.

And if you don’t want to connect wirelessly, you will also find a 3.5mm AUX port and a digital optical out port on the unit.

To top all of that all off, the R7 also comes with multi-room capavilities, allowing it to wirelessly link up to R2 systems from Ruark, as well as their upcoming MRX speaker.

You also get their trademark RotoDial on the top of the speaker, along with a RotoDial remote for controlling from afar.

If you prefer, there’s also a companion app for iOS and Android devices that will allow you to control it with your smartphone.

In terms of sound, the R7 can pump out 160 watts of power from its Class A-B amplifier to their two 14cm dual concentric drive units and 20cm long-throw subwoofer.
