Alongside the announcement of the Note 3 smartphone, Samsung announced during their IFA conference the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition, to bring updated technology to the tablet.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition will feature a 10.1 inch WQXGA (2560 X 1600) LCD display, with LTE, HSPA+, 3G and WiFi connectivity. The 3G/ WiFi version will feature a 1.9GHz Octa-core processor whereas the LTE version will feature a Quad-core 2.3Ghz processor.

Alongside which the Note 10.1 also features Android 4.3 jelly Bean, with an 8 megapixel BSI sensor on the back with Auto Focus and an LED flash, and a 2 megapixel BSI sensor on the front.

There’s also an S Pen included with the same features shown in the Note 3, as well as Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, GPS + GLONASS, 3GB of RAM and 16/32/64GB Internal Memory with up to 64GB of expandability with a microSD card.

There’s also an 8,220mAh battery included.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition will be available in three options, WiFi only, WiFi + 3G or WiFi + 4G LTE, each available in either black or white the new tablet will be launching globally from Q3, not pricing details have been announced yet.
