It seems like it has been quite some time since we heard a story about Apple and Samsung un a court case, however, that does not mean that they aren’t done yet.

Apple and Samsung are set to return back to court tomorrow, the case is over one of Apple’s iPhone patent lawsuits which could see Samsung paying them around $400 million, a hefty cost to bare by itself, but more so after they already lost one.

This new lawsuit will kick off tomorrow at the Supreme Court in the US, where Samsung will attempt to reduce the damages that Apple is asking for, or have them removed altogether, while Apple will attempt to hit them in the hardest way possible.

This comes after Samsung was previously found to have infringed on a number of Apple’s patents that relate to the iPhone, this week they will attempt to reduce those damages.

It will be an interesting case to follow, and as always, we will keep you up to date as we hear more.
