A few days ago Samsung realised their new W, M, Y and Y pro phones, after which Three UK confirmed that they will be stocking the new Galaxy W smartphone from September, alongside the release Three also said that the Galaxy W will be the most advanced phone of its quarter, and should be available to buy from next week.

So far though there is no word on pricing or a specific launch date but the handset should be pretty reasonable, as according to their new naming scheme, the W category sits below their flagship S and premium R range, but is above the M and Y categories so you should expect a price that is above Samsung’s mid-range phones but below their Galaxy S range, I would say anywhere between £175 and £260.

Saying that, Samsung has managed to pack a lot of good features into the phone with a stylish design so at this kind of price you or getting a lot for your money. The phone itself in just 11.5mm thick with a 3.7 inch Super LCD display a 1.4GHz processor and runs on Andriod Gingerbread.

The W also has an in-built 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and HD video capabilities, alongside this Samsung has also included Samsung social Hub which makes managing your social life “effortless” and can merge all your messages from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and your e-mail in one simple place.

What do you think? Do you like the Samsung Galaxy W? Are you going to get it?
