Alongside the announcement of the Galaxy J2 today, Samsung made the new Samsung Galaxy J Max official in India.

The Galaxy J Max features a 7-inch WXGA TFT display that has a 1,280 x 800-pixel resolution, that comes alongside a quad-core 1.5GHz processor with 16GB of storage and 1.5GB of RAM.

The smartphone also features a microSD card slot, dual-SIM card slots and much more.

That microSD card slot can provide up to an extra 200GB of storage, and it comes alongside an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with an LED flash, and a f/1.9 aperture.

On the front there’s also a 2-megapixel camera with a f/2.2 aperture.

The smartphone also has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a 4,000mAh battery.
