Samsung released a new camera/ smartphone called the Galaxy K Zoom some time ago, however it didn’t reveal any information about its price until today, well for the UK anyway.

Before now rumours have suggested that the device will be around 499 Euros in Europe, which may be about true as the price of the device has today been revealed for the Samsung UK store, who have started to take pre-orders for the device online for £400.

For that price the handset will be available in three separate colours, black, white and blue, and is expected to ship to customers who have pre-ordered on May 29th 2014.

For that price the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom comes with a 4.8 inch display that has a 720p resolution, alongside Samsung’s hexa-core processor that is made up of a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and a 1.7GHz dual-core processor.

There’s also 2GB of RAM inside, with 8GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for expandable storage.

Probably the biggest feature however is the 20.7 megapixel camera on the back with a dedicated Xenon flash. There’s also a 2.1MP front-facing camera and a 2,430 mAh battery.

Android 4.4 KitKat has also been pre-installed with Samsung’s UI.
