SamMobile are reporting that Samsung are about to update the Galaxy Tab 3 with an 8 inch TFT display with a 1280×800 resolution, 1.5GHz dual-core  processor, 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage.

Which could indeed be possible, but for me the 1.5GB of RAM is a little bit of a throw off, being that this is not something that is normally announced with a new device, here’s the full reported specs list:

As of yet, there’s noting official and these are just rumors, however SamMobile are stating that if it is true, Samsung will announce it at the end of next month.
