Samsung has this week announced a new version of its Gear S2 smartwatch, designed specifically for the premium user.

Designed in partnership with de Grisogono, this new variant of the Gear S2 features 56 white diamonds of roughly 1.2 carats around its watch face bezel, with a rose gold edging finish and black stainless steel section along the face edge.

That black edge, also features a total of 71 black diamonds of around 1.8 carats.

The strap is also finished in black and has been studded with galuchat, which is a signature look for de Grisogono. All in all, it’s really a premium smartwatch.

Inside though, the features are much the same, featuring a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED circular display with a 360 x 360 resolution for 302ppi.

It also has 512GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a 250mAh battery with wireless charging, a heart rate monitor, and connectivity for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC and all running on Android Wear OS.

It will also come with a set of unique faces to choose from.

The Samsung Gear S2 by de Grisogono should be launched at some point during this summer, but there’s no price tag yet, expect it to be pretty hefty.
