For a couple of months now both Apple and Samsung have spent a lot of time in the courts trying to ban one another’s products, with the bare of the brunt going to Samsung how have had both their 7.7 and 10.1 Galaxy Tab’s taking from display, Samsung then decided to struck back, filing an injunction against Apple’s iPad and iPad 2.

But according to The Wall Street Journal, Samsung is already backing down, offering Apple a settlement over their current patent dispute, because of these patent disputes, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab launch in Australia has been delayed causing the a great loss in potential earnings. In order to settle their disagreement Samsung have now agreed to remove to features from the Tab which were covered in Apple’s lawsuit, leaving the one about the touch screen technology.
