Samsung has this week announced the Samsung Galaxy View, which aims to deliver a better entertainment experience from tablets by allow users to stream video and media content on what Samsung says is the largest Android mobile device on the market.
The View also features a touchscreen capable display with a video-optimised UI and long-lasting video that they say will allow users to experience the best video and media experience, all from its 18.4 inch Full HD screen.
It also has a dedicated home screen that will show video showcases from various content services in one place to make it easy to find stuff to watch.
There’s also stereo speakers in-built, with a feature called Family Square that provides a customised dashboard that users can connect with friends and family members.
All of this is topped off by a battery that is said to last up to 8 hours from video playback, with a 2-way stand that allows the View to be used in a ton of positions.
