Samsung has today revealed that it will be showing off its new 2014 range of Smart TVs at CES 2014 next month. Said to feature new finger gesture controls, the TVs will be getting a lot smarter with some new technology.

Amongst this technology is the expansion of the voice interaction features, with which users can change the channel, adjust the volume and control the TV just by holding a finger up in the air, or speaking out commands.

“Samsung’s 2014 Smart TV models deliver significantly improved voice interaction and motion control features so that our consumers will be able to enjoy our Smart TV more intuitively,” said Kyungshik Lee, Senior Vice President of the Service Strategy Team of Visual Display Business, Samsung Electronics. “We will continue to develop content that integrates voice and motion recognition for added convenience.”

As of yet there’s no more information than that, but we should hear more at CES between 7th and 10th of January.
