At the end of their Samsung Unpacked 2015 event Samsung made one last announcement, teasing the reveal of a brand new smartwatch at this year’s IFA in September.

Dubbed the Samsung Gear S2, we don’t know much about the smartwatch yet, however we do know that it will be round, and we expect that it will run either on Samsung’s Tizen OS, or Android Wear.

According to some rumours that have previously surfaced, the S2 will feature a circular 1.56 inch display with a 360 x 360 pixel resolution, a 1.2GHz Exynos 3472 processor, 768MB of RAM, Bluetooth 4.1 and a range of sensors for tracking your activity.

It is also said to include a 250mAh battery.

However at the moment those are just rumours.

When we do get more information about the smartwatch we will be sure to let you know, Samsung are set to announce the Gear S2 at IFA on September 3rd.
