Samsung has this week announced their new NX Mini SMART camera, which they claim is the world’s slimmest and lightest interchangeable-lens camera, and has been built specifically for use on the go.

Featuring a 3 inch flip up and touch display, that allows the user to point the camera at themselves and take a better quality selfie. Inside there’s also a 20.5 megapixel BSI CMOS sensor, with 6fps continuous shooting and a 1/16000 second shutter speed.

There will also be several lenses available for the camera, the first is a 9mm f/3.5 lens that will be bundled with the camera for $449, and the second is a 9 – 27mm zoom lens with flash that will be priced at $549.

And to finish off the specs, the NX Mini SMART will also include NFC and Wi-Fi capabilities.

When it ships the Samsung NX Mini SMART camera will be available in white, pink, mint green, brown and black.
