So we already know that Samsung will be making an official announcement of the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus on March 29th, and a number of leaks and images have been posted as well.

One thing that we don’t yet know is the release date.

But according to a recent report by The Investor and their sources, Samsung will be opening pre-orders for the new flagship device on April 10th, which is just two weeks after the announcement date and could mean an earlier release than what some might have expected originally.

The report goes on to claim the date that the sales will actually start, which they state as April 21st.

That could mean that you will have a Galaxy S8 in you hands very soon.

Previous rumours have claimed that the S8 will be the first device to take advantage of Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 835 processor.

They have also stated that the smartphone will feature 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a dual-pixel 12MP rear-facing camera, along with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and Samsung’s Iris authentication on top.

Finally, rumours have also stated that the standard S8 will feature a 5.7-inch display and the S8 Plus will feature a 6.2-inch display, both of which will feature a “bezel-light” display that curves around the curvature of the phone. It has also been said that it will have on-screen buttons instead of the traditional built-in ones that we have seen on previous devices.

But none of that is official yet, however, we will be sure to update you as we hear the official stuff.
