Only released in April, the unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has been available from its Google Play Store since launch for $399, which then dropped less than a week ago to $349 and now it’s not available at all with the listing ‘coming soon’ added instead of the buy now button, this is most likely due to the preliminary injunction against the phone to stop sales, or could just be Google cutting of the phone post Android 4.1 release, but it seems extremely unlikely.

Hopefully we will find out more soon, at which point we will make sure to update this post as it happens.

[Update] Looks like it might just be because Google’s updating the OS as the product has now been updated with the slogan, “soon with Android 4.1, Jelly Bean” which you can see in the image below.
