We are coming closer and closer to the rumored September 12th event for the iPhone 5 announcement, and we now have images of what the iPhone 5 might  look like with this taller display.

9to5mac have revealed new screenshots from a tweaked iPhone simulator that shows how apps will look with the new UI.

The weirdest part is that the apps have actually been optimized for the taller display in the iOS 6 simulator to support the taller screen, which can support up to 16 apps in a folder instead of 12.

However not all apps seem to be optimised as the Calculator and Voice Memo apps appear with black boxes on the top and bottom.
