CD Projekt have today revealed some new screenshots for the recently announced, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the final game in The Witcher series, to which they have revealed a new look at the game, that will apparently offer “an unprecedented combination of story-driven RPG and vast, living, open world.”
The images take a look at the new areas where the characters, Geralt of Rivia will roam on his adventure, with nearly 50 hours of gameplay of him during his search for his loved ones and his conflict with the Wild Hunt, and according to Projekt RED, the game will also include an additional 50 hours of gameplay with side stories, bringing the total time to 100 hours.
“The Witcher 3 is full of impactful decisions, and gamers will choose between storylines that exclude one another in a single playthrough, ensuring extensive replay value,” said Adam Badowski, head of CD Projekt RED studio. ”
During the game, players will visit lands with their own atmosphere, communities and characters. This setting will even encounter changes upon the players change of actions during the story.
Check out the screenshots in the gallery below, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been confirmed for 2013 on the PC and “all high-end platforms”, which presumably means the PlayStation 4 and the next-gen Xbox.
