Sennheiser has today revealed two new sets of headphones during IFA 2014, dubbed the Momentum In-Ears and the Urbanite on and over ear headphones.

The Momentum In-Ear headphones feature a new acoustic design that Sennheister say is leading transducer technology, it also includes a stainless steel acoustic pipe and a high-quality speaker system that should create powerful bass tones and a detailed vocal range, the outside of the earphones will also show a stainless steel design with a mirror chrome detailing finish.

The cable for the earphones is also dual-tone elliptical, which means it should stay tangle-free.

Sennheiser also state that the polycarbonate and stainless steel will mean the in-ears are also impact-resistant.

Sennheiser Urbanite

The Urbanite range is also on offer, comprise of an on-ear design and an over-ear design, both of which will offer bass without comprising on the clarity.

the headphones also uses stainless steel hinges and aluminium sliders that should mean the headphones are tough enough for daily use. The ear pads are also made from a soft material that should provide better comfort and noise cancelling features.

Both of the versions will be available in black, sand, denim and nation colours, however the Urbanite XL iOS version will also come in Plum and Olive, the Urbanite and Urbanite XL for Windows and Android devices come in Black and Denim.

The Sennheiser Urbanite and Urbanite XL are priced £150 and £200 respectively from September, and the Sennheiser Momentum In-Ear headphones will be £90 in September.
