Sharp has today announced the new DK-KP85PH Hi-Fi system that can receive audio over Bluetooth using both the iPhone and iPad, it uses two 25 Watt digital amplifiers alongside a set of speakers mounted either side of the central CD unit.

Alongside which the device can also receive audio from any USB device plugged into it, compatible with MP3 and WMA files, as well as being able to access both FM and AM radio bands with PDS.

Designed with a piano black finish, the main unit can either be stood on a unit with the included stand or wall mounted, and with the addition of a built-in dock, it can charge any Apple device that uses a 30-pin connector.

However a remote for the device will be sold separately.

The DK-KP85PH will go on sale from early Autumn for £179.
