Sony have been busy at this years Gamescon 2013 conference, revealing the PS4 release date amongst a number of other details for the next-generation console.

But that wasn’t enough as Sony Worldwide Studios head Shuhei Yoshida gae a two and a half-minute tour of the user interface to be included with the PlayStation 4, demonstrating the new menu navigation as well as some of the social features to be included.

Just in case you don’t already know, the PlayStation 4 will include an AMD Jaguar processor with 8 cores, 8GB of GDDR5 RAM and next-generation AMD Radeon graphics, as well as 500GB of storage, 2 USB 3.0 ports, a 1 AUX port, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and a HDMI port.

Alongside that there’s also a camera with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution with a x2 pixel capture at 60fps.

The PlayStation 4 will be available from November 15th in the US and November 29th in Europe and will be priced at $399, €399, and £349 depending on your location.
