Sky have today announced that they will be launching a new Disney movie channel at the end of March, adding exclusive access to both new and classic Disney movies on demand, via Sky Go or offline via Sky Go Extra, all of which will be available in the UK and Ireland.

But it won’t be only Disney stuff, as Pixar will also be providing their films for the channel, marking the first time Disney has been involved in a co-branded movie channel anywhere in the world.

The new channel called, Sky Movies Disney will launch on March 29th 2013 with titles such as Brave, Tinker Bell: Secret of Wings and Wreck-it-Ralph all added to its pay TV service.

Alongside these new films they will also show classic films such as Bambi, Cars and even A Bug’s Life.

Now TV will also offer the channel, and content from which will be shown on the Sky 3D channel.

All current Disney channels will still be available.
