Since its original launch, there has only been an app for Sky Q on the iPad, leaving many wondering when they might be able to stream live TV from their Sky Q system on their smartphones.

Well, today is that day.

Sky has finally released a Sky Q smartphone app for iOS and Android, allowing you to access recordings, view recordings offline, and stream live and on-demand content from your smartphone.

Finally, you can also browse Sky’s Top Picks of recommended content.

From this app, you can only access content that’s part of your subscription service, as well as access to the Sky Multiscreen subscription.

The app can be downloaded on iOS and on Android from the respective stores today, which you can do from the source links below.
