Microsoft have today revealed that they will be providing students an extra 3GB of space on top of the 7GB that already comes with the service.

There is a catch however, the space will only lasts a year, but this does make Skydrive a great option for students, with other services offering a lot less even before this deal.

Dropbox offers 2GB, Google Drive grants 5GB and Box provides 5GB of data, however a lot of these can be upgraded with referrals or special deals.

To sign up, all you need to do is hit up the source link below, sign up with your .edu email address and redeem the code they send you before December 31st 2013.
