Skype’s new video messaging feature has been in a preview status for some time now, allowing users on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android or a BlackBerry device to send video messages to one another, cross-platform.

Today the service has finally launched for the public, available to use with the Skype application for free, however currently there’s no support for Windows Phone devices

Videos can be up to three minutes in length, and are available to preview before they are officially sent, these can also be deleted at any time, and can be sent/ receive as many times as you want, completely free.
