Infinity Ward has today revealed a pretty interesting DLC pack for their Call of Duty: Ghosts, to be available from April 22nd on Xbox Live, it brings in Snoop Dogg as an announcer for the game, and no this is not an April Fools joke, that finished weeks ago.

Infinity Wards description of the DLC says that with it you will be able to “ave Snoop narrate each of your firefights, call in your killstreaks, and alert you to enemy activity.”

To me it sounds like a pretty good idea, and for $2.99 in the US, it pretty well priced too. The only thing I can’t help but think is that it seems a little too close to a TomTom, and I can’t help but think that too many customisations in this game could end up making it worse, with a lot of people already wondering if the amount of character customisations is a good thing.

Anyway, whether it is a good thing or not, it will be available to download on the Xbox One and 360 from Apirl 22nd, no release date for other consoles or the PC has been revealed yet.
