An interesting video has popped up on YouTube today, posted by OsirisX, it demonstrates a PlayStation 4 that has been homebrewed to run as a Steam Machine.

It runs by using a combo of a jailbreak, Arch Linux and a range of other libraries from Failoverflow.

In the demo, OsirisX also shows how it can run games, demoing the action-RPG Bastion, but he also notes that most other titles will also run on the Steam’d PS4 at medium to low graphics.

However, it’s unlikely that you will be doing it anytime soon, due to the fact that there’s no simple way to do it just yet.
