Sony has today announced the launch of a couple new wireless Bluetooth speakers, bringing two new speakers to its SRS range, dubbed the Sony SRS-X2 and the SRS-X3 Bluetooth speakers.
These new models will join the currently available wireless speakers in the SRS range, which are dubbed the SRS-X5, SRS-X7 and the SRS-X9.
The SRS-X2 is the first of the two, priced at $100 it offers 20 watts of power, which has been encased in a round speaker enclosure that is available in black, white and red. Inside of the X2 there’s also an internal battery that is said to last up to 5 hours from a single charge.
The SRS_X3 is the second, priced at $150, it comes equipped with dual active drivers, with a total of 20 watts of power, this is then supported by passive radiators on both the front and back of the speaker for enhanced bass.
There’s also ClearAudio+ DSP, one-touch pairing technology and a built-in speakerphone inside for hands-free calling from a connected smartphone.
