Sony have today announced the new Xperia Tablet Z for launch in Japan this Spring, the tablet will include a 10.1 inch screen with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 and Sony’s Mobile Bravia Engine 2, there’s also a Qualcomm 1.5GHz quad-core APQ8064 processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

The storage can be expanded via the microSD slot allowing you to store even more photos taken with the 8.1 megapixel Exmor R camera, the tablet will also include NFC and LTE connectivity as well as Sony’s S-Force virtual surround sound technology, all of which in a 6.9mm thick and 495g heavy body.
