Earlier this year Sony unveiled a brand new laser projector that features a mobile form factor.

It is named the Sony MP-CL1 and was designed specifically for use with a smartphone, allowing the user to project images onto almost any surface according to Sony.

Linked with a smartphone and featuring a mobile form-factor means that it is the perfect solution to watching content on the go. It can project images in a HD quality, over a laser projection via either a wireless connection, HDMI or MHL.

All of this at a 1,920 x 720 HD resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio and autofocus.

The MP-CLI also features a flexible screen size that allows you to throw images from 40 inches up to 120 inches.
