Ahead of the IFA trade show Sony has today revealed its new 4K TV called the Bravia S90, which comes in two sizes, 65 inches and 75 inches, both of which come with a curved design that is said to create a cinema-like experience in the home.

In terms of specs it has a Trilumios display that should offer rich colours, an X-tended Dynamic Range that offers true blacks and a balanced contrast, and finally the TV also has the X-Reality Pro engine, which will upscale all inputs to 4K.

In addition to that the S90 also has a 4.3 multi-angle live speaker system, which uses Sony’s ClearAudio+ Discrete Processing technology that will allow it to provide 360 degree surround sound. There’s also dual low-frequency woofers inside with the option of adding a wireless subwoofer separately.

The TV also has Sony’s Social Viewing features, allowing for access to Skype, with a Live Football Mode that can show Twitter hashtags on the screen.

It also has one-touch mirroring to display your mobile’s screen on the TV and share photos.

As of yet, Sony hasn’t announced a release date or pricing for the Bravia S90.
