Alongside the announcement of the new PlayStation 4 Slim and the PlayStation 4 Pro gaming console, Sony announced some new accessories to be released alongside those new consoles.

Within this announcement, Sony unveiled the launch of a new PlayStation Camera, a new set of headphones and a range of new accessories for use with the consoles.

Sony hasn’t revealed any hardware specifications about the PlayStation Camera just yet, but it is likely that it will be used in conjunction with the PlayStation VR, allowing you to use the system whilst seated or standing.

We know that the PlayStation VR headset will be launching on October 13th, which is just after the release of the PlayStation 4 Pro, which will be available from November 10th for £349. Presumably, the new headphones and controllers released alongside this.

We don’t know the official specifications, pricing, or availability of any of these, but we will let you know more information when we hear it.
