If you have had a lot of phones or no a lot of people with one, at some point you would have seen Sony Ericsson’s Xperia-branded phones, well coming pretty soon according to Vodaphone’s website is the new Xperia Ray, the website also promises that it will be available on all of their available pay monthly deals.

When the phone is eventually released it should be available on contracts from around £25 and up per month and is going to be Vodaphone’s most attractive Andriod device, the phone itself runs Andriod Gingerbread 2.3, with a brilliant 3.3 inch HD display, check out its full specs:

But if you are not a fan of Vodaphone the device will also be available on Three and O2, as well as a number of online retailers, so far though we have no specific release date, but it is expected to be on the market by the end of September.
