Sony’s Xperia U has finally hit the UK and is now available at you guessed it, Three.

The 3.5 inch Ice Cream Sandwiched smartphone is available now at an extremely cheap price, costing you £170 on pay-as-you-go, or you can get it free with a 2-year contract at £23 a month.

If you’re not a fan of Three stores you can also get it from Carphone Warehouse who will soon be supplying the phone with O2, Orange and T-Mobile.

As well as it’s 3.5 inch display and Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the Xperia U also packs a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 512MB of RAM, alongside that the phone also has 4GB of Storage, a MicroSD slot for expanding the memory and if that’s still not enough there’s also a 5MP rear view camera as well as a rumor that the phone will get Andriod 4.0 later this year.
