Less than a couple of hours ago, Sony sent out invites to a press event where we think they might be announcing the long-rumored Sony Xperia Z Ultra, and now those rumors might be true, as a reported photo of the device has now been leaked on the site, Nowhereelese.

The device, rumored to feature a 6.44 inch display as well as running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on a quad-core 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

It’s also expected that the phone will include 2GB of RAM, with 16GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot that can support up to 32GB and a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution with a Triluminous display.

Also featured is a 2.2 megapixel camera on the front and a second 8 megapixel camera on the back.

At the moment, this is all just rumors, but we should hear more official news closer to the event on June 4th.
