The next big event on our calendar will be IFA 2017, which is an annual event that hosts some of the biggest announcements that are left over after the events of Mobile World Congress.

There will be a number of companies attending this event, one of whom is Sony who confirmed their attendance today and scheduled an event to kick off during the IFA 2017 conference in Berlin on August 31st.

During this conference, you will be able to check out the latest from Sony at 1PM.

We don’t know what they will launch during the event yet, however, since this is a mobile event, it will probably revolve around that.

We expect that this will include the launch of the Xperia ZX1, the ZX1 Compact, and the X1, which have all been leaked.

That said, the leaks aren’t extremely substantial just yet.

Rumours have suggested that both the Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 Compact will come with a Snapdragon 835 processor paired with 4GB of RAM, the Xperia ZX1 will feature a 5.2-inch 1080p display and the XZ1 Compact will reportedly have a 4.7-inch display.

Other rumours have suggested that the Xperia X1 will feature a Snapdragon 660 processor with 4GB of RAM.

At the moment, that’s all that we have but we will update you as we hear more.
