During their press conference at CES 2015 this week Sony announced some new details for their upcoming Smart TVs, the biggest feature within which was the reveal that all of these new TVs will run on Google’s new platform built for televisions called Android TV.

This software will allow Sony’s TVs to use a number roof Google made features like Voice Control, Google Cast support and even support for Android smart watches allowing them to be used as trackpads.

Getting on to the TVs, Sony is announcing 11 Bravia LCD TVs that are sized between 43 and 75 inches and includes a design that is only 4.9mm thin at its thickest point.

Sony is also powering the TVs with its own processor which they have called the Z1. Sony says that this improves the Triluminos display’s picture quality.

All of these new models will be released sometime in Spring.
