It was today revealed that the final expansion for Star Wars Battlefront will be themed to the upcoming Rouge One film.

Called Rouge One: Scarif, it will be launched on December 7th, 10 days ahead of the premiere of the Rouge One film, which is set to be released in theatres worldwide on December 16th.

This new DLC will provide you with a total of four new maps, most notably the topical planet of Scarif.

There will also be some new playable characters, including Jyn Erso and Orson Krennic.

To top that off, Star Wars Battlefront will be getting a free PSVR-exclusive add-on, the Rouge One: X-Wing VR Mission, which will see gamers dogfighting in an X-Wing.

And that’s still not all.

Between now and November 20th all of the maps and modes from the previous three Star Stars Battlefront expansions will be available for free.
