This weekend Electronic Arts (EA) officially revealed that they will be releasing a successor to their previously released Star Wars: Battlefront game, which will be called Star Wars: Battlefront 2.

This comes after it was leaked some time ago, but today it is finally official.

And on top of that, you can even pre-order the game today.

It will be available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the PC from a variety of retailers including the Xbox Store, Origin, and the PlayStation Store with Standard and Deluxe editions available.

However, that Deluxe option does not come with DLC included, but it does get you three days of early access.

That said, EA Access will probably provide 10 hours before launch.

All pre-orders get the exclusive Star Wars: The Last Jedi-themed styles for Kylo Ren and Rey, some ability modifiers that give players the power to change the course of the battle.

All PS4 pre-orders will also get a bonus theme.

Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will be released on November 17th, 2017, before then, you can check out the trailer below.
