Xbox’s marketing manager, Aaron Greenberg sent out an interesting Tweet today, announcing that owners of the Xbox One will get to play Star Wars Battlefront first with EA Access.

As of yet EA has yet to officially announce that Star Wars: Battlefront will be available via their early access program on EA Access, however his Tweet to the certainly suggests he has early knowledge.

In case you don’t already know, EA Access is a service from EA that allows users to download upcoming games before they have been released officially, allowing them to trail the game before purchasing, it also provides access to free titles from the vault, as well as giving members discounts on EA purchases.

As of yet EA Access is only available on the Xbox One, which is why it will be available on that console first.

To get access to the service you do have to subscribe however, which costs £3.99 a month.
