You may have heard that Microsoft will soon be launching a new Windows Phone Apollo update very soon and not and not actually updating any I the phones currently running Windows Phone 7, but it appears that T-Mobile Germany has refuse to sell Nokia’s Lumia 900 after confirming that the smartphone will not receive the new update, this is due to the carrier not wanting to sell the handset due to the amount of undoubted number of complaints and follows a lot of concerns from a number of European carriers unhappy with the rate of adoption for the Lumia devices which might be due to the fact the 900 has only been on sale for two months and will still not receive the Windows Phone 8 Apollo update.
