Google Expeditions has this week released a new holiday-themed tour of The White House, but instead of the usual standard video tour, this tour does so in full 360 degrees.

Posted on The White House’s YouTube account, the virtual reality tour was filmed with Google’s Cardboard VR headset and a 16-camera setup to film the 260-degree video.

Google and The White House hopes that this will allow users to take a tour of the White House and feel like they are there.

Users can do this on a range of devices, including desktops and smartphones, however it will work best with something like Google’s Cardboard or Samsung’s Gear VR device.
