In an effort to get more people to grab one of their phones, Amazon has today reduced the price of their Amazon Phone in the UK down to just £99 for the 32GB model, and £179 for the 64GB model.

On top of this the device is also available from free on plans with O2, the 32GB model is set at from £18.50 a month and the 64GB model is set at from £32.50 a month.

Both payment options will be looked to the mobile carrier O2 however.

In terms of specs the handset features a 4.7 inch HD display with a 1,280 x 720 pixel resolution, alongside a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor that is clocked at 2.2GHz and comes with 2GB of RAM.

T0 top that off the handset also features a rear and front facing camera, the front facing camera is a 2.1 megapixel camera, and the rear-facing camera is a 13 megapixel shooter.

Finally the device also features WiFi, Bluetooth and 4G LTE.
