Today a new leak about the iPhone 7s/iPhone 8 were posted on a page on Reddit. It comes from a user who claims to be a “friend in the industry.”

The thing that makes this leak interesting is that it allegedly shows both the front and the rear panels of the reported three iPhone models that have been reportedly leaked so far, he claims that these images are from a Chinese manufacturer, who reportedly received the panels in the week commencing June 5th.

The front panel, in particular, shows a clear view of the reported edge-to-edge display which doesn’t seem to show any kind of home button, which could further enhance the rumour that there will be an embedded Touch ID fingerprint sensor and an on-screen home button on the new iPhone.

There also isn’t a space on the back panel.

The back does show a vertical cut out which we presume will be for the rear camera(s).

Of course, none of this is official yet and it’s simply just rumour right now.

We do expect to hear the official news soon though, probably during an Apple event some time or around September.
